No state official of Hawaii has certified by affidavit, (Fukino has not) Obama’s birth there or by corroborating evidence by any hospital, doctor, midwife or a single witness to his birth. Hawaii does have a legal sworn affidavit by Timothy Adams dated January 20, 2011stating: “8. During the course of my employment, I was told by senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division to stop inquiring about Senator Obama’s Hawaii birth records, even though it was common knowledge among my fellow employees that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama.”

Thus, it is criminal act for prosecution by a proper Attorney General of anyone and that includes all freaks and traitors who knowingly help in officiating Obama’s run for office to be a U.S. President, disseminating false or misleading information. In general: basically you report the crime or you are guilty of the same crime, if you aid or abet in his criminal act against the U. S. of America under 18 U.S.C. s2.

But Obama had to assume his mother’s maiden name of Dunham. Embarrassed and in her honorific situation, Ms. Dunham not Mrs. Obama as recorded after their fast track divorce, Obama had to keep the surname of Dunham, until his adopted name of Barry Soetoro of Indonesia became legal. Now ask yourself this, when he used the name of Barry Soetoro in his Indonesian schooling and citizenship and gain a free Fulbright Scholarship to U. S. not eligible for the office. Seeing that an AP reporter is too professional to
submit a story which was not based on confirmed sources (ostensibly the Obama
campaign in this case), the inference seems inescapable: Obama himself was
putting out in 2004, that he was born in Kenya.
The difficulty in finding this gem of a story is hampered by Google, which is
running flak for Obama: because if you search for “Kenyan-born US Senate” you
won’t find it, but if you search for the phrase without quotes you will find
