Biden is a psychologically impaired combination of narcissist and sociopath. Add to his unstable narcissism, his arrogance, egotism and the appearance that he alone is worthy, and you have a variant species of humanoid who at first glance has less of an appetite for sodomizing men and vice versa than his predecessor, Obama, boasts.

I've said many times that Obama exhibits behavior that at best can be described as mobocratic and, at worst, reveals a deeply damaged individual and tin-plated wannabe potentate. This is a factual observation in Biden's case.

Biden's ill-conceived and poorly executed television rebuttal to Special Counsel Robert Hur's scathing report per his handling of classified documents, was a real-time display of Biden's unquestionably unstable mentality and sociopathic behavior.

Biden didn't exhibit the behavior of a stable human being; rather it was behavior that augmented the Hur report. It was clear that Biden suffers from more than poor memory due to old age.

As I wrote in a syndicated article nearly 14 years ago: "There is one concern that even Democrats are increasingly giving voice to and that is – Obama is displaying the hastened signs of a man who is increasingly cracking under the pressure of his own lies. In December 2010, the phrase 'non compos mentis' was referenced [by Democrats] in context to Obama and his rumored dependence on medications to stabilize what are rumored to be wild mood swings." (Unlike Obama Business Owners Did Do It Themselves," July 18, 2012.)

Biden today is the preceding on steroids. He's beyond mentally deficient; he's in a permanent state of confusion and a downward spiral that ultimately culminates in total mental collapse.

If he were just an old, decrepit, fog-brained family member suffering end-of-life cognitive dysfunction brought on by a lifetime of hard drinking and drug abuse, it would be one thing. But, sadly to say, he occupies the top leadership position in the nation.

On both micro and macro levels he's non compos mentis, i.e., "of unsound mind." He literally walks off stage platforms; he falls up the steps of planes; he stares off into space for paralyzing long periods of time in the middle of his speeches; he is incapable of finishing sentences, answering questions; he is a complete embarrassment to himself and the office he holds when he slobbers and drools as he sniffs the hair of young girls and gropes women.

I'm not a psychiatrist nor do I pretend to be one, but I recognize unstable behavior when I see it, and Biden's behavior is becoming even more uncontrollably appalling than in the past. I posit that this behavior is indicative of a person "literally" coming apart at the seams and only barely being held together by drugs and medications that would prevent people from obtaining a CDL license, much less having access to the nation's nuclear codes.

His wife and those who are surrounding him do not have our country's best interest in mind. They are committed to finishing the job for which they have been commissioned. That job is the destruction of Israel and the transmogrification of America into a neo-Leninist Marxian state.

There's only one definable reason and/or rationale for Biden's commitment to goading countries into military action against the United States. His actions are controlled by those possessed by an insatiable demonism that leads his handlers to think that the world must listen and bend to the agenda of hidden-from-sight Erebusic masqueraders. These evil wraith-like calumniators provide Biden and his demonic cabal the potential for bringing America to the brink of war, if not outright war, just as he exits office.

Hur thread the needle between laying out an airtight case against Biden for possession of the papers and utter incompetence as president.

Even some of Biden's greatest Democrat champions were baffled by the damning report and what Biden did to counteract it with an angry press conference later that evening.

"This is terrible for Democrats," said former Clinton adviser Paul Begala.

It was either an non-indictment on the documents issue or something far worse – an indictment under the 25th Amendment.

Already, at least one member of Congress, Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., has asked Hur's boss, Attorney General Merrick Garland, to invoke it immediately to remove Biden from office.

Hur said the president's practices had presented "serious risks to national security," and described in his report several instances of the president suffering from memory loss. He added that part of the reason he didn't pursue charges against Biden was because the president could portray himself as an "elderly man with poor memory" who would be sympathetic to a jury.

Every conscious American has witnessed this firsthand. Never before has a president showed so clearly a case of incompetence. Hardly one of his press conferences or public appearances fails to show the evidence. It has become embarrassing. It has become newsworthy. If the man can't be tried for high crimes and misdemeanors, surely he must be stripped of his office, even if it means Vice President Kamala Harris would replace him.

The 25th Amendment would do that. One of its sections provides the vice president and majority of either the Cabinet "or such other body as Congress may by law provide" with a mechanism to transfer power from the president.

"President Biden needs to be charged, or he needs to be removed," wrote Tenney. "There is no middle ground." She added that it was "incumbent" upon Garland to begin those proceedings.

"We don't prosecute or decline to prosecute people based on their personalities, or on the public's anticipated perception of them," Tenney wrote. "If Special Counsel finds that the evidence forms a reasonable basis to bring charges, he must do so."

Tenney compared Hur's decision in his investigation of Biden to Special Counsel Jack Smith's bringing charges against former President Donald Trump for his handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. The Department of Justice "cannot ethically bring charges" against Trump "because he has mental acuity and a forceful personality" while declining to bring charges against Biden because of his "cognitive decline."

Hur raised the issue most Americans are speculating about – people including former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. Biden poses a danger to the entire country. What else can we do?

What makes Joe Biden untouchable? He's a doddering old man. I don't think so – and, according to a recent poll by NBC News, three-quarters of voters, including half of Democrats, say they have concerns about his mental and physical health. ABC News found that 86% of Americans think Biden is "too old."

Do you? Is that the only concern you have about him?

Anne and I usually take our annual vacation in January and or February, and we increasingly favor cruises because shipboard life is most accommodating of Anne's severe degenerative scoliosis. I wanted this year's cruise to be extra special because I don't know how long her declining mobility will last, so I booked a short segment of a world cruise that embarked in Los Angeles and disembarked in Sydney, Australia. Now, we had been to Sydney before without any need for a visa and thus were surprised to arrive on Jan. 18 at the pier in L.A. to find a visa requirement had since been imposed on Americans. The cruise line insisted we could not board without one, and so we joined the approximately 200 other people scrambling to use the online visa application which in most cases granted one immediately. In the midst of that the site crashed, so the ship staff said we could board if we could show proof of a completed application and acceptance of payment. Thankfully, we had gotten that far in the process before the crash.

One day later Anne's visa was granted. I was required to provide more information such as proof of financial ability to support myself in Australia (even though I would be there less than a day – to catch a flight home). That led to another request for more information, including an extensive questionnaire that required me to create an immigration account and upload documents. I received another email verifying my completion of the process and another payment, including a promise I would get a response by email. That was on Jan. 29. One week later I still had no visa and began to get concerned, so I replied to one previous email that seemed to have come from a real person, titling it "Urgent ETA Inquiry." I explained that (per Australian law) my handicapped wife and I would be ejected (in Dunedin, New Zealand) from the ship on Feb. 10 for lack of a visa because was the last port before Sydney. That email (obviously not to a human being) triggered another demand for creating an immigration account and uploading more information – which, when I tried, rejected my effort because I already had an account.

Recognizing then that I was either trapped in a closed-loop computer-controlled AI hell with no human oversight or I was being targeted for my political views by ultra-woke DEI hires in the Aussi immigration bureaucracy, I started making contingency plans. I discovered that Dunedin, home of a huge international medical university catering largely to Chinese students was celebrating Chinese New Year, and every reasonably priced hotel room in the city was booked. So instead I booked one of the last available rental cars at the airport for pickup on the morning of Feb. 11 and arranged for the ship to let us disembark at 5:30 a.m., just ahead of its departure from port at 6 a.m. Originally, the ship was to have left the afternoon of the 10th, but a severe storm off the southern coast caused them to delay, and so (we rejoiced) we could have one last night on the ship, pick up our car, and drive west to Queenstown near many filming locations for the "Lord of the Rings" movies.

However, on Feb. 10 as I was leaving the ship to pick up my rental car to park it near the pier for our early morning Feb 11 disembarkation, I was encouraged by a staff member on the ship to try again to get an "instant" visa because that had worked for many other people onboard in my situation. So, giving up my rental car reservation (by simply being a no show), I stayed onboard, did the retry and paid another fee. But instead of getting an instant visa, I got an email message saying I would receive a response within 72 hours. Still holding out hope, I checked my email every few minutes for the next three hours. Finally, I returned to the front desk to see if anything had come through on their end.

No such luck, but to my shock a cold and stern security office came up as I stood in a crowd in the lobby and demanded that I immediately gather my belongings and get off the ship, as if I were a criminal. "We have confirmed arrangements to disembark at 5:30 a.m. tomorrow," I said. "That will not be possible," he replied, adding, "The immigration official is right now waiting to process your disembarkation to New Zealand." I replied, "Your agent assured me we could disembark tomorrow morning, and you have a legal obligation to honor that. You're telling me I and my handicapped wife are being forced off the ship with no hotel rooms available in town." He replied, "Whoever told you that made a mistake."

Having no recourse, we were in fact required to disembark into the bitter cold evening winds (the southern hemisphere equivalent of a polar vortex was peaking). Thankfully, the port agent who had come onboard with the immigration official was able to reserve a hotel room for us in a nice hotel and to arrange taxi service to get there. I thought at first these were being provided by the cruise line as a courtesy, but learned that was not true when we left the taxi and were asked for payment.

The next day, there being not a single rental car available in Dunedin, we caught the bus to Queenstown where we were able to book a flight to Sydney that will allow us connect with our already scheduled flight back home. And because we're arriving at the airport and not a cruise dock, there is no visa requirement. The one redeeming aspect of this change of circumstances is that we get to see one of the most magnificent and beautiful regions of the world – and have booked a bus tour of LOTR film sites for this afternoon.

How is any of this relevant to my readers? I believe what Anne and I have endured is a tiny glimpse into the future of AI-controlled humanity. There is no good reason for Australian Immigration to have these problems – and I can tell you that every single New Zealander I've mentioned our plight to has related similar horror stories of their own or their friends. Further, two fellow travelers on this ship had it even worse (at least in the application process). One was required to get a full medical exam and a blood test. The other was forced to produce the death certificate of their grandparent (or parent) who'd been deceased for decades. Bizarre – as if some sadist with a creative imagination is randomly tormenting applicants – but I believe it's all computer driven and not human controlled. That's much worse, frankly, because at least a bad human can have a change of heart. Robots, however, and that's really what were talking about here, are truly heartless – and truly mindless, because AI will never be anything but computer programming, no matter how sophisticated it gets.

Yesterday, I finally got a response to my third application. It instructed me to create an account on their immigration website.

Folks, if there is any chance at all of escaping this nightmare on a grand global scale it can only be by preserving human to human alternatives to the artificial world. I've drafted sample legislation that could do that, and I offer it now as a free public domain resource. Take it to your legislators and get it passed while there's still time.

To be adopted as a State Constitutional Amendment where possible, but otherwise by statute.

"No product, service or information-sharing transaction important for the functioning of citizens in their day to day lives, shall be available exclusively on the internet, but in all such interactions, most especially those involving government or corporate entities, the ability to easily and conveniently live ones life outside the digital world shall be preserved as a sacred and fundamental natural right."

The first disinformation task force within the legal system was launched in 2019 at the Arizona Supreme Court. It was full of progressives like Frederic Bellamy, an attorney who said Sean Hannity is disinformation. The task force got its information from the National Center for State Courts, which declared that one of the most "dangerous political themes" is "The justice system ignores voting irregularities and fraud allowing elections to be stolen from certain candidates."

Former CIA official Susan Spaulding was instrumental in getting it started. Her background includes the usual type of path for a progressive bureaucrat, serving as chair of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Law and National Security and part of Harvard University's Long-Term Legal Strategy Project for Preserving Security and Democratic Freedoms in the War on Terror. She moved over to the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) to continue her busybody work. CSIS is funded by George Soros' Open Society Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.

The House Judiciary Committee discussed Spaulding in its report issued last June, "The Weaponization of CISA: How a 'Cybersecurity' Agency Colluded With Big Tech and 'Disinformation' Partners to Censor Americans." The report noted how Spaulding wanted not just foreign disinformation stopped – an effort that began due to the Russian collusion hoax – but also domestic. They quoted her, "As … Spaulding …presaged, it was 'only a matter of time before someone realizes we exist and starts asking about' CISA's repeated violations of the First Amendment."

The report "Beyond the Ballot," which Spaulding co-authored, encourages the judiciary to continue the exact type of government meddling exposed in the Twitter files. It urged, "There is an immediate need to expand both the content and the reach of threat awareness among practitioners in the justice system so they are cognizant of the threat and can be ready to respond." It said courts "should establish lines of communication with social media platforms and appropriate federal entities to maintain awareness of the threat."

The report treats the viewpoints of "right-wing pundits'" as disinformation, criticizing their accusation that "the U.S. justice system is a tool of the 'deep state.'" It said disinformation must be stamped out, such as, "The democracy is run by the social elites, and the justice system is a pawn used to advance the political goals of these elites."

The Arizona Supreme Court's Task Force on Countering Disinformation issued a report in 2022 that recommended expanding a rule that prohibits attorneys from criticizing judges. That rule, which has been adopted by state bars around the country and is frequently used to discipline conservative attorneys, has been denounced as an infringement on the First Amendment.

The progressive Brookings Institution, which drives much of the Democrats' policy, said that if efforts to censor disinformation are stopped, it could affect the 2024 election. This was nothing more than a disguised way of admitting that getting the truth out about election fraud could allow a Republican to be elected president in 2024. Brookings criticized a court ruling that stopped the collusion between the government and big tech censoring this type of information: "The ruling creates a chilling effect on academic research on disinformation and could potentially endanger the 2024 elections by enabling a wave of disinformation."

Brookings attacked X for laying off employees engaged in stopping disinformation, and YouTube for reversing some of its policy banning content about election illegalities.

The National Association for Court Management (NACM) and the Conference of Court Public Information Officers (CCPIO) issued a chilling 174-page report in 2020 laying out how the judiciary should influence the media. It advised the judiciary to go around regular journalists and access "new media" instead, since if they don't, "courts not only undermine public confidence in the effectiveness of their operations but also surrender themselves to the whims of modern 'journalists' whose motives and ethics may offer no hindrance to the publication of stories that are unsupported by the facts."

The word disinformation appeared 12 times in the report, ignoring any sense of irony with this admonition: "To counter this fear of the unknown and the disinformation that arises from it, courts must increasingly assume an active role in transmitting good information about themselves to the public."

Courts around the country are gradually adopting this approach of stamping out concerns about election illegalities, sanctioning election attorneys who litigate the issues. State bars, which are usually formed as private entities contracted under the authority of state supreme courts, are disbarring election attorneys for bringing lawsuits challenging the illegal activities.

The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) issued a paper urging strong discipline against attorneys who bring election lawsuits, holding up as an example a Brazilian court's treatment of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro for his lawsuits alleging election fraud. That court barred Bolsonaro from running for office for eight years as punishment. IFES praised proactive moves, "[M]any countries have passed legislation imposing various restrictions on freedom of speech around elections." IFES praised courts for disciplining attorneys who brought "frivolous" lawsuits alleging election wrongdoing like Rudy Giuliani.

While the House committee report rightfully found that "CISA must be reined in," it must go further and stop the weaponization of the judiciary to stop efforts against illegal election activity. The committee should hold hearings on these abuses, including state bars targeting election attorneys. Otherwise the election fraud will ensure there are no more Republican presidents.

On the one hand, a second faceoff between Joe Biden and Donald Trump seems inevitable.

On the other hand, the future of both of these aging leaders is fraught with uncertainty. Will President Biden be able to campaign and participate in debates, let alone lead for four more years? (Of course, many would say he is absolutely not fit to lead right now.)

The recent DOJ special counsel report on Biden, with conclusions that sounded more like a satire piece from the Onion or Babylon Bee, was incredibly damaging, while the damage-control press conference that followed had the precise opposite effect. (Think of it as an all-out train wreck.)

Then there are the ever-present concerns of the charges against Hunter Biden, which could seriously implicate Biden as well.

As for replacing Biden at the last minute, that, too, creates more uncertainty. Would it be the governor of California, Gavin Newsom, who is more radically left than Biden? Will Michelle Obama save the day? Who knows?

When it comes to former President Trump, he is faced with different states seeking to remove him from their primary ballots, leading to court cases that have made their way to the Supreme Court.

He also faces a mountain of charges and indictments, which means many more court cases and endless expenditures of time and money. Will he be disqualified legally from running again? Or will a series of "guilty" verdicts cost him millions of needed voters?

Plus, he is no spring chicken himself.

Added to all this is the fact that the passions for and against Trump are off the charts, with some pundits warning, "If Trump wins the election there will be a civil war!" while other pundits warn, "If Trump loses the election there will be a civil war!" One influential Christian leader even opined that it might be worth a civil war to get Trump back in office.

Uncertainty and instability and insecurity are the very relevant words of the hour. How, then, do we keep our sanity?

First and foremost, we remember that God is still God. He still sits enthroned as the King of the universe. He still superintends the affairs of this earth, even while giving us humans all kinds of latitude to do good or to do evil.

That's why the psalmist could say, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging." (Psalm 46:1–3)

That means that no matter how much things shake around us, we do not need to be shaken. That also means that, if we put our focus in the right place, starting our days with worship rather than with the news, and meditating on the Word more than focusing on the latest polls and scandals, we can have peace in the midst of the storm.

Let's also remember that there are many regions of the world experiencing much more turmoil and upheaval and danger than America. And there were plenty of times in the past that make today look like a time of stability and peace.

Yet at all times and in all places, God is our refuge and strength. As Proverbs stated, "Whoever fears the LORD has a secure fortress, and for their children it will be a refuge" (Proverbs 14:26),

Put another way, if God can give you peace in the midst of a tsunami or earthquake or tornado or hurricane, He can give you peace in the midst of a thunderstorm.

Jesus is still Lord, still risen from the dead, still sitting at the right hand of the Father and still fully accessible. Walking with Him and living in Him will keep us free from fear and anxiety and despair.

So, to repeat, put your focus where it belongs and fill your heart and mind with wholesome and helpful things (see Philippians 4:6-8). It will make a massive difference in your emotional stability and inner health.

It is true that the stakes are very high, and it is true that some of our most fundamental values and freedoms are under attack.

But it is also true that, just as we survived past elections and election cycles, we will survive this one. In fact, if we, the people of God, keep our emphasis and our priorities right, we can offer peace and hope and direction to the people of the world.

We know who our Savior is. We know what our ultimate future is. We know what really matters in the light of eternity.

Let us, then, step above the madness of the hour and the political divisiveness – while still doing our part in the election process – and let us talk about Jesus more than we talk about candidates.

It will do our own souls well. And we might just help others too.

I recently read a poll that reported 86% of Americans believe true love really exists. Sixty-seven percent said they themselves had experienced it. Most of the rest indicated they just hadn't found it yet but were hopeful.

Not so surprising, the older respondents were more likely to say they had experienced true love:

• 65% of those between the ages of 30 and 44 said they had experienced true love;
• 69% of people aged 45 to 64 said they had, too;
• But, for those over the age of 65, 75% said they had experienced true love.

What that poll seems to say is: Stay alive long enough and you really will experience true love.

I found that to be true in my life. Like so many of you, I had lots of trials and errors in the earlier parts of my life.

But, at the ripe age of 58, I met my true love and Valentine when I was filming "Walker, Texas Ranger."

One of my best friends, Larry Morales, came to Dallas for a visit while I was filming.

At the time, I was living the single life, and even though I had a successful TV series, I was miserable. I used to devote my life to fame and fortune. I had learned a hard lesson in those years: If your whole life is spent trying to make money and you neglect the important people in your life, you will create a deep void in your heart and soul, not to mention your relationships. I fell into this trap.

Larry realized that I had everything but I had nothing, so he decided to introduce me to a lady he wanted me to meet. It just so happened that she had a modeling assignment in Dallas.

One evening, I was at a sushi restaurant with about 12 friends, including a date, when Larry walked in with a young lady.

He began introducing her to everyone, but I was engrossed in conversation with my date and didn't notice – that is, until Larry called my name and said he wanted me to meet Gena.

I looked up at her, and all I could see was an angel staring into my eyes. I stuttered, "Oh … er … hi! Nice to meet you."

When I finally turned back to my date, all I could see were daggers in her eyes. She immediately got up and left.

After the meal, Larry took Gena back to her hotel. But the next morning she and I had breakfast together, and she invited me to her fashion show, where she was modeling wedding gowns.

One particular gown had a long train, and as Gena was walking, it hooked on a potted plant, and she dragged it down the runway. She was quite embarrassed.

Kiddingly, I said, "I was thinking about buying that potted plant!"

The next day, I called my mom and told her all about Gena and about her modeling gowns.

Mom asked me, "Is that giving you any ideas about marriage?"

"Nope," I said. "I'm never getting married again!"

Famous last words!

On Nov. 28, 1998, we were married! And we've now been married almost 26 years!

How did we do it? I'll tell you.

It's easy to get caught up in infatuation, but true love takes time and a lot of work. It's also tempting to give up, especially when times get tough. But there's no prize without perseverance. It's true in sports. It's true in relationships.

Love is a battlefield, but it's also one of the biggest blessings in this life. And the blessings far outweigh the battles if you're doing it right.

My advice? If you're dating, you must not leave your brains at the door. Don't merely consider the other person's outer traits but discover what makes that person tick on the inside. Don't compromise your morals or principles when searching for a soul mate. Make sure your core values and beliefs align with the other person's.

And don't be in a rush – take your time. Otherwise, you might succumb to the folly of Socrates, who once said, "By all means marry; if you get a good wife, you'll become happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher"! (Same is true for husbands, right, ladies?!)

Speaking of humor, entry No. 9 in my "101 Official Chuck Norris Facts" book reads: "On Valentine's Day, Chuck Norris gives his wife the still-beating heart of one of his enemies. (Being the romantic type, Chuck believes every day should be Valentine's Day!)"

That's funny, but there's a profound truth in there as well.

I think we all should be that vigilant to fight and protect our relationships, especially through increased stressful and difficult times like people are experiencing right now around the country and world.

A health article I recently read explained that relational love is more at risk today than ever before because of enhanced stressful environments like social media, family and financial struggles, substance abuse and even differing political opinions.

If you care for each other, if you value your relationship and the institution of marriage, discuss the potential problems that can possibly await you. Make a plan to keep your love and relationship a priority above all.

Gena and I decided early on, through thick and thin, we were going to stay together no matter what. We dedicated ourselves to fight for love, in us and others. And to discover all the fruits that God intended to bless us with in our marriage and long-term love journey.

Pray together. Ask for divine help for you, your family, your country and your world.

And don't forget to be quick to forgive just as God forgives us. As Dr. James Dobson once said, "A great marriage is the union of two good forgivers."

Be patient. Be kind. And don't go to bed angry without resolving it.

As the great love chapter in the Bible says, "Love is patient. Love is kind. Love is not easily angered. … Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

The reason why I have to persevere and work doubly hard to stay in good shape now is because Gena wants to celebrate our 50th Golden Anniversary together. I'll be 108 years old, but I intend to be there!

William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania, once said, "She is but half a wife who is not a friend."

Gena is my best friend, the love of my life and the instrument to my spiritual renewal as a Christian. I'm beyond blessed to have her as my wife. She is my heart.

Happy Valentine's Day, my love! The truth is: Every day is golden with you!

Our Bud Light boycott worked better than any boycott by conservatives and patriots in history. Why? Because we all focused on one company like never before. We proved it works. We brought Bud Light to its knees like no company in history.

Although, one could argue Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and Disney did not fare so well either.

I wrote the No. 1 bestselling book, "The Great Patriot Buy-cott Book" (endorsed by President Donald Trump) to show conservatives and patriots how to reward great conservative and patriotic companies – and how to punish and defund woke and pathetic liberal companies. Soon thereafter came the Bud Light boycott.

Practice makes perfect. Conservatives are getting really good at this! What we did to Bud Light (and other woke companies), we can do to Taylor Swift, too.

My advice to Taylor Swift: STAY OUT OF POLITICS.

It's that simple. We don't expect Taylor Swift or other artists/entertainers to suddenly become conservatives. We just want them to shut up and stay out of politics. Stick to what you know best. Sing, act, entertain. Politics is not your talent. Politics will turn off your audience and poison your brand.

Taylor Swift has an amazing career. She is a fantastic entertainer. She is beloved by her fans. But that can end in a moment. A Bud Light moment.

Overnight Taylor could lose a large portion of her fans and sales. Let's be conservative (excuse the pun). How about if she loses 20% or 30% of her sales? Is that smart? Is that a positive for her brand?

Taylor, is it really worth hundreds of millions of dollars to turn off a large portion of your fans?

For what? To side with a decrepit, failing old man, with dementia and diapers, who every poll shows is the most unpopular and disliked president in modern history?

Do you really want to risk your career, or hundreds of millions in sales, on a man who has produced massive inflation that is wiping out the middle class; the worst crime wave ever in big Democrat-run cities; welcomed millions of criminals, gangbangers, murderers and terrorists into the country; killed our energy independence, causing the highest utility bills in history; weaponized our government against its own citizens; introduced massive censorship against anyone who disagrees with his agenda; and is on the verge of starting World War III.

Does any of this sound like a smart career move?

Keep singing, Taylor. Keep entertaining. Good luck with your relationship with Travis Kelce.

But stay out of politics. Don't risk your brand on the most unpopular president ever. Or you will be "Bud Light-ed."

We're pretty darn good at this now!

The director of the FBI recently went before Congress to warn that Chinese computer hackers are preparing to soon "wreak havoc and cause real-world damage" to our "water treatment plants, electric grid, and gas pipelines."

Even if I assume that our FBI director is sharing his honest concerns, the actions of the current administration betray the opposite. Our Border Patrol reports over 5,000 encounters with Chinese nationals per month. Most of these encounters are with single military-aged men. And yet our Southern border has remained wide open. If you really care about the Chinese military directing cyberattacks against our infrastructure, then wouldn't you work hard to prevent thousands of potential Chinese military agents from coming over the U.S. border without any type of vetting or tracking?

So, what is really motivating the Biden administration to invite potential Chinese terrorists into the country to "wreak havoc" and cause "real-world damage" to our nation's infrastructure? To understand that, we need to step back and take in a bigger picture of world events.

The World Economic Forum is an international organization whose leadership includes royalty like the queen of Jordan and King Charles. It also includes financial leaders like the CEO of Black Rock, the president of the World Bank and the head of the Chinese Stock Exchange. Corporate "partners" include everything from Amazon to NBC to Zoom. The founder of the WEF takes great pride in having groomed many national leaders, like Justin Trudeau of Canada, Nikki Haley and Gavin Newsom.

Clearly, we cannot ignore what the World Economic Forum is saying. In November 2020, the WEF and Carnegie Endowment for International Peace co-produced a report that warned that the global financial system was increasingly vulnerable to cyberattacks.

That same report called for the merging of Wall Street banks, their regulators and intelligence agencies (like the CIA) as necessary to confront an allegedly imminent cyberattack that will collapse the existing financial system.

This ominous report was published just months after the World Economic Forum had conducted a simulation of that very event – a cyberattack that brings the global financial system to its knees.

The WEF has also advocated a central bank digital currency, or CBDC, eerily similar to the biblical Mark of the Beast system. They have promoted their "CBDC toolkit" to policymakers.

China already has a CBDC that is tied to a person's social credit score, where a person can have his money turned "off" or "on" according that person's score. If they have the wrong political views, or even visited with someone that does (tracked through phone), then the money in their digital wallet might be reduced or its uses restricted. If you wanted to restrict people to traveling only 5 miles from home, then you could program CBDC to turn off when people tried to purchase anything 6 miles from home. CBDC technology allows for endless forms of social control.

The Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank president, Neel Kashkari, has raised substantial objections to CBDC. He stated: "I can see why (totalitarian) China likes CBDC. If you want to monitor every transaction, impose negative interest rates, or want to tax bank accounts directly, you can do that with a CBDC" (paraphrased). Watch Kashkari here.

Since we know that the WEF wants every nation to adopt a CBDC, it does not seem far-fetched to hypothesize that WEF officials have a strong incentive to actually want cyberattack(s) to happen globally.

What evidence can we see that this is about to happen? The president of Ukraine recently signed a CBDC into law. Many other nations are making progress toward CBDC implementation.

And that includes the United States: President Biden recently signed an executive order to speed up U.S. development of a CBDC.

But Americans are not battle weary like Ukrainians nor are they compliant like Chinese under a communist dictatorship. Therefore, some type of emergency must be created in order to stampede Americans into docile acceptance of CBDC.

Usher in new lockdowns? Spread a lethal Ebola variant? Foment a civil war? Create a global oil crisis with a hot war in the Persian Gulf? Are elements within our intelligence agencies, working on behalf of the world's largest banks and WEF, helping China to engineer a series of cyberattacks on the United States in order to "create havoc" in order to implement a new financial system? David Webb says, "Yes, it is very clear that this was a CIA project."

It would not be the first time our government took extreme measures in order to implement a new financial system. On April 5, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt issued an executive order that required Americans to turn in their gold coins, bullion and gold certificates to a Federal Reserve Bank under penalty of imprisonment and a $10,000 fine.

Recall that at that time, gold was money, in the form of gold coins or as banknotes that could be exchanged for gold. Almost all the banks were then forced to close by the government, and only a few large banks were allowed to reopen. Suddenly, no one had any money. The pretext offered was that in difficult times too many Americans were "hoarding their gold." It was a false pretext. The Federal Reserve gathered all the gold and then hoarded it itself, and still kept the new unbacked (by gold) paper money supply tight for another three years. No one had any money. Even wealthy families did not have any money. People with children in private schools found that they had to take their kids out of school in order to put food on the table.

This time it will be different. Where once gold backed up our financial system and most people were debt-free, today securities like stocks, bonds and house mortgages are the underlying collateral of the current financial system, and the majority of us are in debt. Thus, Webb, a former hedge fund manager who ran in the same circles as George Soros, writes in his new book (and film by the same name), "The Great Taking," that the largest banks that sit on the Federal Reserve's New York governing board will obtain your assets as part of the new financial reset that transfers everyone over to a CBDC system. We will be told that we need to save these "too big to fail," systemically vital institutions so we can restart the economy again.

These large banks (JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Citibank and Bank of America) have been deemed by the courts as being part of a "protected class."

Every state UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), has been rigged so that your stocks, bonds and money in the bank are no longer your property and will become theirs legally during the next financial crisis. (According to David Webb, "It is very clear that this was a CIA project.") It will happen fast, electronically and without the possibility of legal redress in court.

You suffer the illusion of asset ownership because you get use of the property. You can collect fees on a stock, or even transfer your stock to another broker for management. But, unlike the days when people were given paper stock certificates and stocks were true property, today you only have what is called "beneficial ownership." The actual owner of the stock is the brokerage. That means that if your brokerage goes bankrupt in a crisis, your assets will be used to pay off their creditors.

It's similar to your bank. When you place your funds in a bank, the bank becomes the owner of your deposits. That means that when a bank fails, your bank deposits are used to pay the bank's creditors first. FDIC insurance is supposed to cover this gap, but provides protection only if a few banks fail at one time. If even 5% of banks failed at the same time, the FDIC would not have enough funds to cover the losses. It is worse with stocks and bonds, whether in your retirement fund or bought through a broker directly. We saw this in 2008 when the brokerage firm Lehman Brothers went bankrupt. When Lehman's customers first heard that Lehman had failed, they sought to transfer their deposits to another brokerage company. But the law had changed, and these assets were used to satisfy Lehman's largest creditor in bankruptcy – JP Morgan. The depositors were furious and went to court, but the judge ruled that they were unsecured creditors while JP Morgan was both the primary secured creditor and had "protected class status" because it was a "too-big-to-fail" bank.

Your pension, 401K and any other securities are the collateral underpinning the derivatives market. The derivatives market is the largest market on the planet, representing trillions of bets with a value over a hundred times bigger than the underlying collateral (everyone's securities) – and there is no FDIC-like insurance. On each side of a derivative bet there is a winner and loser. The "too-big-to-fail" banks are all counter-parties on a massive number of derivatives bets. Since the derivatives complex is many times bigger than the underlying collateral of securities, when things go south there will be a mad scramble to get at the underlying real wealth: the securities that represent the sweat and equity of real people. The derivatives complex is like a house of cards, and its dangers have been known for decades.

Warren Buffett wrote in 2002 that they were "financial weapons of mass destruction." James Rickards wrote in U.S. News & World Report in 2012 that they should be banned.

A cyberattack disabling the electrical grid and financial system could certainly take down the derivatives complex and the entire financial system with it. A U.S. civil war could set it off, as could another 9/11 attack, a major oil embargo, or a more lethal form of Chinese COVID. The resulting chaos will provide the excuse to reset the financial system and usher in CBDC. People will be distracted by the chaos, and fail to recognize that the chaos was generated, in large part, because a group of central banksters, and their CIA waterboys, wanted the chaos to assert greater control over you with their CBDC. You are the useless eater and the ultimate target.

It is all like a game of Monopoly. We are at the end of the game, and all the pieces (including your pension and house and savings) will get pulled back into the bank.

The bank then restarts the game. Except this time, CBDC will be the money. It will be very hard to refuse. People will be desperate, frightened and hungry. People will literally need the CBDC to eat. CBDC will come to the rescue! You can download an app on your phone so that you can download some CBDC currency to buy milk. Except it will not be real money. You will be borrowing money from the largest banks that issue the CBDC. They have you.

Why is this all so bad? You will no longer own your stocks, bonds, or retain control over your house mortgage. JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs will gain control of all assets in order to cover their derivatives losses. Everyone from state governors to your neighbor will lose everything. Politically, that reality can be a unifying force to oppose this before it happens. (My best estimate of this happening is April-June 2024 based upon market behavior and political events.)

We do not have to be idiots and go along with it. There are more of us than there are of them. No one agreed to let their assets be hijacked. And just as we should not confuse the virtual world with the real world, we should not confuse artificial legal constructs designed to steal with what we know in our hearts to be ethical.

Our biggest advantage is that everyone from Tom Hanks to Nancy Pelosi is going to get screwed. Even supporters of WEF goals, like Al Gore, probably do not understand that they are about to lose everything too. (Politicians do not understand the stealth arcane legal language being use to deploy this financial weapon.) That means we are all in this together: every Democrat and every Republican. We can all unite against raw evil. We don't need an alien invasion to declare ourselves free from those banksters, who seek to reap where they have not sown.

Gov. Kristi Noem of the state of South Dakota is leading the way.

She is promoting legislation that would change South Dakota's Uniform Commercial Code to remove the legal mumbo-jumbo hidden in there making "legal" the loss of an individual's ownership of their own securities (stock and bond) assets. This will prevent – in that state – The Great Taking via the Great Financial Crisis caused by the WEF-desired cyberattacks. Other states should follow suit, while we still can. We only likely have four to 12 weeks. Please contact your state attorney general, secretary of state, or any other politician you may know. This is South Dakota's House Bill 1199.

If we do nothing, then the WEF motto, that "you will own nothing" by 2030 will come true.
